Job Description

Training & Exposure

As Business Development Trainees, candidates will receive structured training across Sales, Marketing,Business Development and HR portfolios, ensuring a well-rounded management foundation.

Key Responsibilities

On-ground Sales & Outreach Visit colleges, training institutes, and educational fairs to pitch Fixity EDX programs.
Lead Generation & Conversion Identify, approach, and convert potential students into enrolled learners through field visits and follow-ups.
Relationship Building with HOD and Principal Develop partnerships with college stakeholders to facilitate workshops, seminars, and bulk enrolments.
Classroom Pitching Sessions Deliver engaging program presentations in classrooms and seminars.
Promotional Event Execution Plan and manage promotional events/info sessions in colleges and skill centres.
Daily Reporting Maintain accurate logs of visits, leads, conversions, and feedback.
