Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Begur-Koppa Road, Mylasandra , Bangaluru, KA

Department: Sales/Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Acquisition

    :
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of JD&aposs services.
  1. Client Relationship Management

    :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Target Achievement

    :
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy

    :
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  1. Field Visits and Meetings

    :
  • Conduct on-site client visits as needed to understand client requirements and present solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  1. Reporting and Documentation

    :
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market insights in CRM tools.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 1-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the digital or service-based industry.
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and result-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the local market and ability to travel as required.
