About the job: DigiKYE, powered by Kovon, is building the future of employee onboarding and verification. From PAN and Aadhaar verification to background checks and QR-based digital onboarding, our platform helps startups, enterprises, and HR tech players onboard their workforce faster and smarter. We're looking for driven, smart, and ambitious freshers to join our growth team as business development executives under a structured 3-month probation program. If you're excited about SaaS, sales, and making an impact from Day 1, this role is for you. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and onboard new clients in the HR, staffing, and startup ecosystem. 2. Drive outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits (if applicable). 3. Demonstrate DigiKYE to potential clients and close deals. 4. Meet monthly targets: 5 new companies + 1 Lakh in billing. 5. Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships. 6. Report performance regularly using CRM and internal tools. Additional information: 1. Probation period (first 3 months). 2. Target: 5 new company acquisitions & 1 Lakh in billing/month. Benefits: 1. Travel reimbursement & field allowances. 2. Sales tools, training, and mentorship. 3. Conversion to full-time: Achieve the target for 2 consecutive months, and complete 3 months of probation (whichever is later).
