Business Development Executive

Candidate who are confident enough to generate Business from their hard work and efforts are requested to apply for this Position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing and software development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create client-focused solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of proven experience

    in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in digital marketing & Software development agency)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
