Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Work Location: Edappal, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Incentives Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive for field work in Edappal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through on-ground activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners Promote company services/products to potential clients through direct interactions Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager Identify market trends and provide feedback to improve strategies Participate in promotional campaigns, local events, and roadshows Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups with clients Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Previous experience in sales/marketing/business development preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel locally (field work around Edappal and nearby areas) Self-motivated and target-oriented Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English Benefits: Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives Travel allowance for field visits Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and supportive team Regular training and skill development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
