Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Telecaller who can effectively communicate with potential clients and leads. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle conversations professionally and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring the correct message is conveyed to the right person.
  • Understand client requirements and relay accurate information to internal teams.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments with relevant team members or departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-through with all leads.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
