We're a young, fast-growing company working with top creators and brands, now looking to scale our offerings through strategic digital retainers, PR placements, and media execution. Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to build new client relationships and close deals for our Digital Marketing and PR services. This is a client-facing role focused on lead generation, outreach, pitching, and closures . Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries (D2C, education, real estate, startups, etc.) Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email Schedule and conduct discovery/demo calls with prospects Pitch tailored service offerings – including PR, Instagram marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO Share proposals and follow up for closures Work closely with the operations team to onboard new clients Maintain and update CRM with lead status, notes, and conversions Meet monthly lead generation and closure targets Who You Are 0–2 years of experience in sales (preferred: agency, digital marketing, or media background) Excellent communication and convincing skills in English (Malayalam is a plus) Comfortable with outbound sales and rejection handling Familiarity with Instagram, digital ads, or PR trends Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive Can multitask and manage a small pipeline efficiently Strong follow-up game What You’ll Get Incentives for each client closure Opportunity to work directly with the founder & learn full-stack marketing Fast-track growth path to Sales Manager / Key Account role within 6–12 months Access to a vibrant creative team, influencer campaigns, and client brands Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
