Role: Sales Associate – Astrology & Gemstones Location: Kolkata (Work from Office) Office Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek) About the Role: If you're someone who can confidently sell anything and everything — and genuinely enjoys talking to people and building trust — this is the role for you. At Divinelane, we offer premium astrology consultations, gemstones, and Rudraksh to help individuals find balance and direction in life. As a Sales Associate, you'll guide clients toward the right solutions while unlocking your own career growth. Your Responsibilities: Speak with potential customers and understand their needs Schedule and coordinate astrology consultations Recommend the right gemstones or Rudraksh based on expert guidance Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service Meet monthly sales targets and keep CRM records updated Stay informed about products and trends (training will be provided) Who Should Apply: Strong communicators with a sales mindset Freshers welcome — if you're confident and a quick learner Prior experience in direct/B2C sales is a plus Interest in astrology or spiritual products is preferred (not mandatory) Target-driven, organized, and good at building rapport What You’ll Get: Salary Upto ₹ 6 LPA (Upto ₹3 LPA Fixed + Upto ₹3 LPA Variable) Attractive performance-based incentives & bonuses Full training & mentorship by industry experts A supportive, growth-focused work environment The chance to genuinely help people while building your career
