Role Summary

We are seeking a professional who will lead client meetings and business development initiatives after meetings are scheduled by the business development team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing customized industry-specific presentations, pitching YKG’s services, converting opportunities into engagements, and coordinating internal execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Meeting Preparation & Client Pitching

· Receive confirmed meeting details from BD/Antek.

· Research the client’s industry, business model, and financials.

· Prepare customized PPTs highlighting relevant services and solutions.

· Develop company-specific pitch decks.

· Align internally with partners before client meetings.

2. Client Meetings & Opportunity Development

· Lead and participate in client meetings.

· Understand detailed client requirements.

· Identify advisory, compliance, tax, audit, and structuring opportunities.

· Convert discussions into concrete service proposals.

3. Proposals, Closures & Revenue Conversion

· Prepare detailed proposals and scope documents.

· Support negotiation and finalization of terms.

· Coordinate engagement letters and onboarding.

· Drive business closure with partners.

4. Strategic Coordination & Delivery Support

· Translate client requirements into internal work plans.

· Coordinate with audit, tax, compliance, and advisory teams.

· Monitor timelines and deliverables.

· Act as client relationship owner.

5. Documentation, Presentation & MIS

· Prepare pitch decks, advisory notes, and presentations.

· Maintain structured client records.

· Track pipeline, closures, and revenue MIS.

· Support leadership reporting.

Eligibility & Profile

1. Qualification:

CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance/Strategy) / CS / CFA

2. Experience:

1+ years in CA firm / consulting / professional services / advisory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
