Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify new B2B prospects through structured outbound and inbound sales activities.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present suitable solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and commercial responses tailored to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, onboarding, and ongoing client satisfaction.
Track sales activity, forecast outcomes, maintain accurate CRM records, and share regular performance updates.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related client-facing commercial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
Demonstrated understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
Comfort working with targets, sales metrics, and multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
