Job Description

Plexitech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach to client interactions, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable products and services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be confident in interacting with clients and handling professional conversations.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
