Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive – B2B Sales to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.

The role involves the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, business directories, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct cold calls, outbound calls, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups to connect with prospective clients.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Pitch relevant services, including branding, digital marketing, website development, creative design, video production, and exhibition stall design.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage follow-ups, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate lead records, communication history, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to project execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, tele-sales, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Confidence in conducting client meetings and delivering sales presentations.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience selling digital marketing, branding, advertising, website development, or creative agency services will be an advantage.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work From Office at Camp, Pune.
