BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Compensation: Rs. 3 LPA Fixed + Up to Rs. 4.5 LPA Variable + Performance Incentives

About The Role:
VMINDS is looking for a Business Development Manager to build face-to-face engagement with schools and educational institutions across Chennai.
The role involves daily school visits, identifying key decision-makers, initiating direct conversations, creating interest in VMINDS programs, and converting pitches into qualified business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Outreach and Relationship Building:
Conduct in-person visits to schools and educational institutions across Chennai.
Identify and connect directly with senior decision-makers such as Principals, Management Representatives and Business Stakeholders.
Introduce VMINDS services in a clear, confident and professional manner.
What We Are Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in Field Sales, BDE, BDM, Institutional Sales or B2B Sales.
Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Absolute confidence when speaking face-to-face with high-level stakeholders and school management.
Willingness to travel daily across the city to visit schools.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target driven, high reward sales ecosystem.
