Roles & Responsibilities:
B2B Sales: Connect with Developers and Builder segment and close the deals. Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard key clients such as builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional partners.
Pipeline Development: Build a strong funnel of ongoing and upcoming projects through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, project trends, and new developments to refine sales strategies.
Requirements: At least 6 months of field sales experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
