Roles and Responsibilities:
● B2B Sales: Connect with Developers and Builder segment and close the deals.
● Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard key clients such as builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional partners.
● Pipeline Development: Build a strong funnel of ongoing and upcoming projects through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.
● Field Sales: Identifying prospects through market research and field visit on a regular basis. Product demonstration and sales closure.
● Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, project trends, and new developments to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
● At least 6 months of field sales experience.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management.
● Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
● Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
