Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our healthcare distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and promote the company's products and services.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
