Business Development Executive
About LEARNIZ
LEARNIZ is an experiential learning platform that helps schools make learning more interactive and effective. Its flagship platform, Academiz, combines interactive animations, AI-powered question generation, digital assessments, and learning analytics to support teachers, engage students, and track academic progress.
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to promote our educational products and programs, build relationships with schools and colleges, and develop new sales opportunities. The role includes client visits, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit schools to introduce the company’s products and programs.
* Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
* Build relationships with school and college authorities and convert leads into sales.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Prepare regional sales plans and work towards assigned targets.
* Submit daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports on time.
* Cover the territory or area assigned by the company.
* Follow the reporting structure and guidance provided by the reporting manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in educational sales is preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and customer-convincing skills.
* Ability to communicate in English and the required regional languages; Telugu and Hindi are required.
* Willingness to travel locally and out of station as required.
* A presentable, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
* Experience with an educational publisher or a teaching background will be an added advantage.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC per month.
* Sales-based incentives.
* DA and TA as applicable.
* Accommodation support during travel, as applicable.
