About the Role

Vijesha IT Services LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in sales, business development, client management, and digital business solutions. Candidates will gain hands-on experience working across two exciting business verticals: EdTech and Digital Marketing Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Promote the company's EdTech solutions and digital marketing services.
• Explain service offerings, conduct follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and business growth.
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Business Verticals

1. EdTech Solutions

• Identify potential clients such as educational institutions, coaching centres, and other education-sector organisations.
• Promote relevant educational technology solutions and services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and institutional stakeholders.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• Identify businesses looking for digital marketing solutions.
• Pitch relevant services such as SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, website development, and online branding, depending on the company's offerings.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Koramangala, Bengaluru.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Experience

• Freshers: Eligible to apply.
• Experienced candidates with backgrounds in business development, inside sales, lead generation, B2B sales, EdTech, or digital marketing sales are also welcome.
