Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, promote our language training programs, convert inquiries into admissions, and build strong relationships with students, professionals, colleges, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, college visits, and other marketing activities.
• Contact prospective students and explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert potential leads into course admissions.
• Identify business opportunities through college partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and referral programs.
• Promote German, French, Japanese, and English language courses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and admission goals.
• Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with trainers and the administration team to ensure a smooth student enrollment process.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and other business development activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience in sales, education counselling, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
