Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report to management regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
