Location: Uttar Pradesh (UP) & Bihar (Key Districts / Hubs)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years

Education: Graduate in any discipline

About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) focused heavily on ground-level execution, dealer support, and payment collections for our electric vehicle business.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Collections (Primary Focus): Conduct regular field visits to dealers for outstanding payment follow-ups, maintain ledger records, and coordinate reconciliations with the finance team.
Dealer Support & Onboarding: Assist in identifying prospective dealers, supporting new dealer onboarding, and maintaining daily operational coordination.
Market Expansion: Support local market mapping, generate business leads, and promote brand visibility in assigned local territories.
Reporting: Provide accurate daily/weekly updates on collections, dealer queries, and field visits.

Requirements & Skills:

1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, dealer management, debt collection, or business development.
Background in the automobile, EV, or consumer goods sector is preferred.
Excellent local communication skills and a strong field-oriented work ethic.
Comfortable with extensive local travel and daily field visits.
Basic knowledge of mobile/computer reporting tools (Excel/WhatsApp updates).

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
