Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Company

Talent Craft India is an online skill-building platform offering high-quality training in Coding, Chess, Abacus, and Rubik’s Cube for children aged 5–15 years. We are expanding our team in Balaghat and looking for motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) who want to grow with us.

Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Executives responsible for calling potential leads, explaining courses, identifying student needs, and helping parents choose the right program. This role involves communication, counselling, and achieving weekly/monthly targets through a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to parents and share information about our courses.
• Understand the child’s learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain lead records using CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested parents through calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Schedule demo classes and coordinate with trainers.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; Basic English preferred).
• Ability to build trust and handle parent queries politely.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and phone communication tools.
• Confidence in presenting information clearly.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

• Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance Incentives.
