Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executives with experience in sales and business development, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry. The role involves managing customer enquiries, conducting product demonstrations, converting leads into sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer leads and enquiries provided by the marketing team.

* Follow up with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

* Conduct experience centre walkthroughs and product demonstrations showcasing interior products, materials, and solutions.

* Explain quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert leads into orders.

* Maintain customer records and update lead information in the CRM system.

* Work towards achieving sales targets and business development goals.

* Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth customer communication and service delivery.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

* Knowledge of the interior design or architecture industry is required.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer lead management.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.

* Interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.

* Ability to join by the end of October 2026.

* Able to commute to or relocate near the office location.

Work Schedule

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Holidays: Tuesday and Wednesday

Work Location: Mogappair – Nolambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time, in-office

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
