Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our professional product range under the salon division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence by appointing new distributors, managing salon clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

• Promote and sell the professional product range under the salon division.
• Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct regular market visits, meet salon professionals, and provide product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Maintain daily sales reports, distributor records, and client data accurately.

Salary- 25,000-35,000
