Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and promote SAP ERP, ERP solutions, and CRM software to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SAP ERP and CRM solutions.
• Contact potential clients, schedule product demos, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to understand product capabilities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP, SAP, CRM, or business software.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain software solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn enterprise software sales and business development.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate in BBA, BMS, B.Com, B.Sc. IT, BCA, MBA, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher's and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates with knowledge of SAP, ERP Next, CRM, or software sales will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with business clients.
• Interested in software products, enterprise solutions, and technology sales.
