Business Development Executive – Institutional Sales & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new institutional clients, including hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapy centres and home healthcare providers.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and field visits.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up to close sales.
Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships.
Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly update lead status and follow-up activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience in healthcare, medical equipment or institutional sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.

Location: Bengaluru

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
