Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential customers, build relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and field activities.
• Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer information, lead records, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage.

• Sales, marketing, or customer-handling experience is a plus.
