Elveero by Namoh is a growing modular furniture and interior solutions brand specializing in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedroom furniture, office furniture and customized furniture solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken Business Development Executive to expand Elveero's business by building relationships with architects, interior designers, interior design firms and contractors across Pune.

The ideal candidate should have existing industry contacts, experience in B2B sales and the ability to generate qualified project leads and convert them into furniture orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit architects, interior designers, interior design studios and contractors across Pune and PCMC.
• Build business relationships and establish long-term tie-ups with architects and interior firms.
• Use existing professional contacts to generate leads, project enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Identify upcoming residential and commercial interior projects requiring modular furniture.
• Present Elveero's products, manufacturing capabilities and furniture solutions to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing projects to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Develop referral partnerships to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal team on pricing, quotations and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of meetings, leads, follow-ups and sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or field sales.
• Existing professional contacts with architects and interior designers in Pune are strongly preferred.
• Experience in modular furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, plywood, laminates, architectural hardware or interior solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and confidence in client meetings.
• Ability to work independently, travel for client visits and follow up consistently.
• Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes and hardware is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• Travel expenses for approved business visits, as per company policy.
• Performance incentives may be introduced based on the company's sales structure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
