Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the chemical, specialty chemical, polymer, and industrial products sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Connect with clients through calls, emails, meetings, and industry interactions.
• Conduct client visits to understand business needs and explore potential opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and professional follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations in coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer communication and service.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate client information, enquiry details, and business development records.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–6 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.
• Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the chemical, specialty chemical, polymer, or industrial products industries are preferred.
• Language Requirement: Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory. Good communication skills in English and/or Tamil will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical product requirements and customer needs.
• A proactive attitude with good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• An MBA or relevant business qualification will be an added advantage.
