About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for MISS HIGHNESS through B2B sales, franchise development, and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
Develop B2B partnerships with retailers, distributors, and jewellery businesses.
Explore franchise opportunities and connect with potential franchise partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Present company products, business proposals, and franchise opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain client databases, lead pipelines, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, or jewellery sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
