About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth in the Malappuram region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned areas
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
• Meet potential clients and present company products/services
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Maintain client database and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, orders, and service support
• Prepare daily/weekly business reports for management

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
• Experience: 0–3 years in business development or sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to travel within Malappuram and nearby areas
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
