About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will engage with parents and students through virtual counselling sessions, understand their learning requirements, explain our educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This role is ideal for freshers and professionals with up to three years of experience who have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in education and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online counselling sessions with parents and students through Google Meet to explain our educational programs.
• Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable STEM and technology-focused courses.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers and address their queries effectively.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement and counselling to successful enrollment.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead information, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Handle customer objections professionally and support informed enrollment decisions.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a professional counselling experience and high standards of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Candidates from Science, Electronics, or Engineering backgrounds will be preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu are required.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in EdTech, inside sales, counselling, telecalling, or business development will have an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in conducting virtual meetings and explaining educational programs.
• A target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office is preferred.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for education and technology.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Mandatory Working Day: Sunday
• Fixed Weekly Off: Thursday
• Work Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• Flexibility: Working hours may be extended depending on business requirements.
