Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **Business Development Executive – Insurance & Investments** to support our business growth by generating new business opportunities in Life Insurance and Mutual Fund products.The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, making outbound calls, explaining suitable financial products, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and supporting the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Job Description

• * Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, existing databases, networking, and other sales channels.
• * Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance and investment requirements.
• Explain relevant Life Insurance and Mutual Fund products in a clear and professional manner.
• * Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into business.
• * Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• * Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, applications, policy processing, and other customer requirements.
• * Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business generated.
• * Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.
• * Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance and investment products.
• * Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• * Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.

Candidate Profile

• * Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• * 1–5 years of experience in **Insurance, Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Banking, BFSI, or Telesales/Sales** preferred.
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-ups.
• * Strong coordination and relationship-management skills.* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• * Basic knowledge of Life Insurance and Mutual Fund products will be an advantage.
• * Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
