Generate maximum inflow for HairMate.

  • Individual Monthly Target should be achieved. For this, you will have to do the following:
  • Make the best use of every lead.
  • Call maximum clients/patients on a daily basis.
  • Use your knowledge, confidence & skills to convert potential clients/patients. Work on daily targets.
  • Upgrade/upsell as per available options in the best interest of HairMate.
  • Indulge in Cross selling
  • Follow good time management.
  • Come up with solutions rather than brooding over problems.
  • Be vigilant.
  • Clients can call anytime.
  • Monthly conversion should be minimum 40%.

If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good knowledge on the subject; good verbal communication; patience; positivity; self-discipline; integrity & the urge to excel.
  • You should have thorough knowledge about everything in HairMate.
  • You should be fluent in verbal communications. English & Hindi are a must. Fluency in any regional language, especially Telugu & Bengali, will be an added advantage.
  • Communicate in a language which is most comfortable to the client/patient.
  • Patiently explain every aspect of the process which the client/patient wants to know. Creating awareness of clients/patients & gaining their trust are key success factors.
  • Use of words should be in accordance with client’s needs. Nobody has patience for long explanations. Thus, the choice of words should be proper & your communication should be concise and precise.
  • Never use abusive language while talking to clients. Control your patience while dealing with irate clients.
  • Always call back to check if the client/patient is ready to talk if the person could not be contacted earlier. Don’t pester or disturb them but call them in such a manner so as to make them curious about the process/treatment.
  • You will have to market HairMate’s name. Telephonic marketing is the best way to do so. A client can gain 90% trust through good Tele-communication.
  • Focus on referrals.
  • It is okay to ask for help from superiors. They are always there to explain complicated things to you and to the client.
  • Should be dedicated, spontaneous & self-driven.
  • Should execute responsibilities in an impeccable manner.
  • Should lead by example.
  • Should be good in team work.
  • Should never compromise on work standard.
  • Should have a strong sense of ownership & integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
