Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the book publishing and marketing space. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, participating in client meetings, and supporting the creation of tailored proposals. The associate will maintain regular communication with prospects, coordinate follow-ups, and work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development activities with company goals. This role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, target markets, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, ideally within publishing, media, or marketing, is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
