The company provides industrial printing solutions for manufacturing industries across sectors such as FMCG, food & beverage, wire & cable, steel, pharmaceuticals, PVC, electronics, cosmetics, packaging and other industries.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, develop B2B customer relationships and convert industrial leads into sales.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential manufacturing companies, understanding their coding and marking requirements, presenting suitable Pacejet solutions, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, negotiating commercially and supporting the sales process until order closure.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, business platforms, databases and other channels.
Identify manufacturing companies that require industrial coding and marking solutions.
Research target companies, plants, production lines and relevant decision-makers.
Maintain and regularly update the sales/lead database.
Achieve daily lead-generation and calling targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written English.
Good B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
Willingness to learn technical/industrial products.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
