Position  Business Development Executive (BDE)

 (Full-time | Office-based)

Compensation  ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

 Performance-based incentives (no cap)

Work Schedule  Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 Sunday: Weekly Off

Experience  0.8 months to 2 years

 Real Estate / Construction background preferred

 Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Required Skills

 Strong verbal communication in Tamil & English

 Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills

 Willingness to learn real estate & construction terminology

 Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously

 Professional phone, WhatsApp, and email etiquette

 Basic working knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets Who Should Apply
