Hiring: Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales to join our team in Chennai.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Contact potential clients and explain company services.
Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and clients regularly.
Schedule client meetings and assist in closing deals.
Prepare basic quotations and proposals.
Maintain lead and client details in CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients.
Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
