Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand our staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, lead-generation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• Identify companies with recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Connect with HR managers, Talent Acquisition teams, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Pitch EdGrow Staffing Solutions’ recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
• Schedule client meetings and understand their hiring needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support client onboarding.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly.
• Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
• Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, meetings, and revenue generation.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and sales follow-ups.
• Ability to identify and approach potential clients.
• Good relationship-building and networking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment sales, or staffing services is an advantage.
• Freshers with confidence, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn may apply.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of client meetings scheduled and completed.
• New clients acquired.
• Recruitment or staffing business converted.
• Monthly revenue and sales target achievement.
• Client retention and relationship quality.
