Job Description

Daasho is hiring Business Development Executives to expand its merchant network across Chennai. The role involves field sales, merchant acquisition, business development, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and retail outlets to identify business opportunities.
• Generate leads and onboard new merchants onto the Daasho platform.
• Explain platform benefits, commission structure, and partnership terms.
• Assist merchants with registration and documentation.
• Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Maintain merchant relationships and sales activity records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful merchant onboarding.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Android smartphone required.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Annual Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 (₹3 LPA)
Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹2,00,000 annually (₹2 LPA), based on individual performance and achievement of targets.

Total Potential Annual Earnings: Up to ₹5 LPA, including performance-based incentives.

Incentives are variable and not guaranteed.
