Position: Business Development Executive
Location(s): Ghaziabad

About Us: Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of bath fittings and sanitary ware, committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and durable products to our customers across India. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand presence.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management on time.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of the bath fittings and sanitary ware market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Good networking with dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects, contractors, and builders) in the respective region.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification:
Graduate (any discipline). An MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
