Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Work Location: Thoraipakkam & Aminjikarai, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships and support the company's sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails and other channels.
Contact potential clients and explain the company's products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain daily activity reports and update the lead database.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Eligibility

Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Candidates interested in sales and business development are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
