Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by generating referrals and patient leads for home healthcare services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, discharge coordinators, case managers, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote 2050 Healthcare's home care services.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence in Chennai.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for patients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Participate in healthcare events, awareness programs, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates from Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales within the Home Healthcare or Hospital Industry.
• Strong network with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare stakeholders in Chennai.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and generating referrals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
