Note: This is for freshers or people with 0-1 years of experience. Axe Digital is an integrated marketing agency dedicated to driving business growth through innovative strategies and impactful campaigns. We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our on-site team and help expand our client base while building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify and connect with potential clients. Initiate contact through emails and LinkedIn outreach to introduce our services. Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and evaluate leads to ensure alignment with our service offerings. Schedule and attend client meetings to present our solutions and close deals. Market Research: Conduct research on industries, competitors, and target markets to identify new opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends to refine outreach strategies and offerings. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact to address client queries and provide pre-sales support. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market insights. What We're Looking For: 0–1 years of experience in business development, B2B cold calling, or sales. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and agency services is a plus. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Willingness to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members. What We Offer: The salary will range from Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000, with performance-based incentives.
