Job Description

New Business Development: Identify and target new customers, generating leads and closing sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set goals, and track progress towards targets. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively demonstrate their value to potential customers. Needs Analysis and Solutions: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and secure sales. Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to improve sales performance. CRM System Management: Utilize and maintain CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales activities.
