Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT or SaaS sales, preferably within the HR Tech or ATS domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and establishing long-term client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Identify and target potential clients in the HR and recruitment industry using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.

• Sales Strategy Execution:

  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in B2B SaaS or ATS product sales.

• Product Demos & Presentations:

  Conduct engaging product demos tailored to client needs. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the ATS platform.

• Client Engagement:

  Understand client pain points and align the ATS solution to solve their recruitment challenges.

• Sales Pipeline Management:

  Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track leads from initial contact to closure.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and feedback loop.

• Market Research:

  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs in the HR tech space.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of the recruitment or HR tech ecosystem.
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc
