Business Development Executive - Agency

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to bring in new digital marketing projects. You’ll connect with local businesses, understand their needs, and pitch our services — from Google Ads and SEO to Social Media and Website Development.

You earn commission on every confirmed project — and high performers will be offered a full-time position with salary + incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact local businesses (online/offline) who need marketing support.
• Pitch services confidently and close deals through WhatsApp, calls, or in-person meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knows how to talk to business owners and identify opportunities.
• Basic understanding of marketing, ads, or online branding (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented — you earn what you close.

Earnings

• Commission on each confirmed project
• Opportunity to move to full-time role after consistent performance.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,934.48 - ₹58,161.52 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
