About AGT Infra AGT Infra specializes in providing advanced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and effluent treatment plant . Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling STP and ETP projects, Operation and maintenance of STP and ETP . we are looking for the driving brand visibility and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new markets, prospective clients. Generate leads and pursue new projects in industrial, factories, residential, and commercial sectors requiring STP solutions, Effluent treatment plant , water treatment etc. Responsible for overseeing daily operations including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, spare parts sales, BBC (Billing, Booking, and Collections), handling breakdown calls, managing customer complaints, and leading the team to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, factory owners, Hotels , Apartment owners association, IT buidings , commercial establishments , EPC contractors. Prepare and deliver effective technical and commercial proposals. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, property values, zoning regulations, and competitive activity. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase company revenue. Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and assist in closing property transactions. Minimum 5-15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Strong understanding of property markets, investment analysis, and regulatory frameworks Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Supervising the field team to ensure operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years in business development or technical sales within the wastewater treatment or environmental services industry. Strong understanding of STP systems, waste water treatment, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience dealing with municipal and industrial wastewater projects. Network of contacts in the real estate, industrial, or infrastructure development sectors. Familiarity with tendering processes and government contracts. Strong knowledge of STP, water treatment systems is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
