Business Development Associate

As a Tie Up Executive in our company, your role will involve identifying and evaluating potential Tie Up leads through networking and online research. You will be responsible for meeting potential vendors and corporate clients to associate them with our Loyalty program. Effective communication to foster relationships with new partners will be key, along with planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. It is important to build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients, while also achieving monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential Tie Up leads through networking and online research - Meet potential vendors and corporate clients to associate them with our Loyalty program - Foster relationships with new partners through effective communication - Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients - Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in business development, sales, or customer loyalty management - Strong understanding of customer loyalty platforms and marketing principles - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies - Experience working with cross-functional teams - 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (loyalty program preferred) Please note that male candidates are preferred for this role.
