Business Development Associate

As a Tie Up Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify and evaluate potential tie-up leads through networking and online research. You will be meeting with potential vendors and corporate clients to associate them with our Loyalty program. Your role will also involve effectively communicating to foster relationships with new partners and planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Building a deep understanding of our products and presenting them effectively to clients will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be required to present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors. Monitoring the performance of loyalty programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to coordinate with marketing and product teams to create compelling loyalty campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position should possess skills in Customer Loyalty Platform, Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, Communication, and Negotiation. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required along with a proven track record in business development, sales, or customer loyalty management. A strong understanding of customer loyalty platforms and marketing principles is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies. Previous experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred, and 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (loyalty program preferred) is desired.
